Partnering with consumers

Sydney and Sydney Eye Hospital follows the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards, Standard 2, Partnering With Consumers, through a range of activities to enhance our service and quality of care.

We involve a range of local consumers in hospital projects, and measure our patient experience through surveys, Patient Opinion, Patient Journeys, complaints and compliments.  Your feedback is encouraged and welcome.

Partnering with consumers is supported through the SESLHD Consumer Partnerships and the local Prince of Wales and Sydney and Sydney Eye Hospital Consumer Advisory Committee.
