The COVID-19 Assessment Clinic will review children with mild respiratory symptoms and assess the need for COVID-19 swab.
The operating hours for the Sydney Children’s Hospital COVID-19 Assessment Clinic are:
8.30am to 4pm, daily including public holidays
The clinic will continue to provide COVID-19 testing to children and their accompanying parent/carer. However, any child who requires a medical review will need to visit their GP or attend an Emergency Department.

Testing available for children five years and older. Babies, toddlers and pre-school age children can be tested at St George Hospital.

Testing available for children over 12 months of age. Children under 12 months will continue to be seen via the Emergency Department and all patients should continue to go to the ED after hours for COVID-19 screening.
