We are a team of specialised doctors and nurses available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also have social workers, physiotherapists, dieticians and psychologists available Monday to Fridays.  

We can provide:

• Chemotherapy - when we give you medicines that destroy cancer cells
• Autologous stem cell transplantation - transplant of your own stem cells
• Immunotherapy - treatment that helps your bodies immune system fight cancer
• Hormonal therapy - uses synthetic hormones to block your bodies natural hormones when they are causing cancer
• Targeted therapy - medicines that work on specific features of cancer cells to stop them growing.

We are a teaching hospital and student doctors or nurses may be involved and supervised by senior staff during your visit. You have the right to say no. If you do so, this will no impact in any way on the services we will provide.

Every morning at 9:00 am, our team will meet to discuss your care and identify any ways we can help to get you well and home as safely as possible.

Meals are delivered from 07:30 am, 12:30 pm, 5:30 pm please let staff know if you have specific allergies or dietary requirements.
