St George Hospital (as part of the St George campus) in Southern Sydney, is a major tertiary referral and teaching hospital (and Level 1 Trauma Centre) and offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

  • Cancer care, medical;
  • Women’s and children’s health;

One of the 4 "home" hospitals in LAN 3 where trainees are based, where trainees receive regular or daily tutorials. 

Notable subspecialties for LAN 3 training purposes includes:

  • Gynaecologic and Obstetric imaging;
  • Trauma Radiology;
  • Breast Imaging (including access to Breast Screen NSW); and
  • Angiography and Interventional Radiology.
